Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. GPU Processing Cost Disclaimer

AutoMign utilizes high-performance GPU computing resources to generate AI images and videos. Each generation incurs immediate, irreversible costs from our cloud GPU providers. These computational resources are consumed the moment you initiate a generation request, regardless of the output quality or your satisfaction with the result.

⚠️ Due to the high cost of GPU processing, refunds are NOT provided for used credits.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the high computational costs of GPU processing, refunds are not provided for credits already consumed for successful content generation. We are unable to offer refunds for credit purchases, subscription payments, or one-time packages once they have been processed. This policy applies to all plans and payment types.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Any unused credits remain available until your subscription period ends.

4. Refund Eligibility

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are only considered for documented technical errors on our platform.

Eligible cases include:

  • Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors.
  • Credits not added to your account after successful payment.
  • Persistent technical failures preventing service use (with documented support tickets).

5. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund due to a technical error, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@theautosign.com within 7 days of the issue.
  2. Provide your transaction ID, account email, and detailed description of the error.
  3. Include any screenshots or evidence of the technical issue.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks and may report fraudulent disputes to relevant authorities.

Please contact us before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly.

7. Credit Expiration

Your purchased credits are subject to the following terms:

  • One-time purchase credits do not expire and remain available until used.
  • Subscription credits are refreshed each billing cycle; unused credits do not roll over.
  • Promotional or bonus credits may have specific expiration dates as stated at the time of issuance.

8. Free Trial Terms

New users receive complimentary credits upon registration to test the platform. These trial credits are provided for evaluation purposes only. We strongly recommend using trial credits to ensure AutoMign meets your needs before making any purchase.

9. Service Disruptions

In the event of significant, prolonged service disruptions caused by issues within our control, we may, at our sole discretion, offer affected users credit compensation. Such compensation is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Scheduled maintenance and minor service interruptions do not qualify for compensation.
