AutoMign is a professional AI service brand operated by Emin Bayraktar and Abdürrahim Çakır, located in Edirne, Turkey.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AutoMign AI ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms and any modifications thereto.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using AutoMign, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. AutoMign shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. AI Content Ownership
You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the content you generate using AutoMign AI. You are free to use, modify, distribute, sell, and commercially exploit any images, videos, or other outputs created through our Service. By using our Service, you grant AutoMign a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent.
- Obscene, sexually explicit (NSFW), or pornographic in nature.
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Intended to deceive, impersonate, or create deepfakes of real individuals without consent.
- Promoting violence, terrorism, hate speech, or discrimination.
- Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
6. Acceptable Use & Content Safety
AutoMign is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. The following measures are in place to ensure responsible use of our AI generation services:
- AutoMign employs advanced automated filtering systems to prevent the generation of harmful, illegal, or sexually explicit content (NSFW). These safety mechanisms are continuously updated to detect and block prohibited content.
- Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Service to create content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or publicity rights, including but not limited to celebrity likenesses, brand logos, or copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
- We reserve the right to monitor generation logs and review content for compliance with this policy. Accounts that repeatedly attempt to bypass our safety protocols or generate prohibited content may be suspended or terminated without refund.
7. AI Content Disclaimer (No Liability)
AUTOMIGN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OUTPUT GENERATED BY THE AI SYSTEM. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or potentially offensive. AutoMign makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, quality, legality, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. You assume full responsibility for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the appropriateness of any content before use or publication.
You agree to indemnify and hold AutoMign harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of AI-generated content.
8. Service Availability
AutoMign strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or data loss resulting from maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Subscription & Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service require the purchase of credits or subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.
10. Intellectual Property
The AutoMign platform, including its software, algorithms, design, branding, logos, and all related intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of AutoSign. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our platform or technology. Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of these Terms and applicable intellectual property laws.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. AutoMign is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies. We do not endorse or assume liability for any third-party content.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is illegal. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any remaining credits are forfeited.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutoSign, AutoMign, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOMIGN AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AUTOMIGN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any objection to venue.
17. Changes to Terms
AutoMign reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
